How an engagement runs

    Twenty minutes on the phone. What prompted this, what you have already tried, and whether we are the right people at all.

  2. Visit and diagnostic

    Time in classrooms, with leaders, and with the data. You get the findings written down, including the ones that are uncomfortable.

  3. Plan

    Agreed with your team, sequenced so the first thing fixed makes the second easier. Owners and dates against every item.

  4. The term's work

    Regular sessions, training where it is needed, and honest reporting on what is moving and what is not.

  5. Review

    Measured against the same things as the diagnostic. If something did not work, that goes in the review too.
